It is tarnished and won't come clean or shiny but I still love it. It was a great price and a great necklace length for me. Thank you for your honesty and service. Packaging was beautiful too!

Gorgeous!! I had 2 pairs of Betsey Polly’s, one the strap broke and I haven’t gotten it fixed, and the other I wore so hard the heel *broke off*!! Literally, the metal core that makes these balance so well snapped inside the wooden heel. So I am BEYOND excited to have a pair of Polly’s to wear out again!! Very carefully packaged. The shoes are barely worn- tried on maybe- and there was even tissue and a betsey sticker inside the box!! Took me back to the good old days of shopping the boutiques 🥹
