Seller is a fast & friendly shipper. I received the item that was described. I didn’t realize how high of a heel they have. You can’t tell from the picture. I love the shoes & look forward to wearing them next summer. I’ll have to practice walking with them on over the winter months so by the time summer gets here I won’t be falling off the heels all the time & look like an old fool ( LOL ). The shoes were packaged very securely & each shoe wrapped in soft protective shoe bags. I’m very pleased with my purchase and my excellent experience with seller.
