I don’t even know where to start. This seller KNEW I was in love with this jacket, but watching my budget during Covid-19. So she offered me a gracious discount Then, the USPS lost the package not once, but TWICE. This seller was so invested in getting me the piece I’d been eyeing for months - she went in and insisted over and over they find it. I finally have it, I’m in love with it, and she even included a sweet note and a surprise for me. I canNOT day enough nice things about this seller.
