Communication was clear, item was shipped and received quickly, as promised. The item is more charcol gray than black but I believe the manufacturer calls it black. Its not a big deal to me and the item is perfect in every other way. The packaging was cute and there was a printed thank you card with a short had written note. The little things go a long way. Would definitely purchase from @bossladylion again.
