Product came in good shape, wrapped in plastic in a box. Also was a hand written note thanking me for the purchase; lovely touch! What put this purchase over top was the seller threw in a complimentary gift, totally unexpected and will go towards my daughter's birthday gift! A really nice gesture. I would definately purchase from this seller again! Thanks!
