This was my first purchase from Cara’s closet and she really impressed me with her kind customer service and attention to detail, please try out her carefully curated closet! She is a wonderful five star seller - friendly and knowledgeable and is consistently patient, prompt, helpful and thorough in her reply messages…she is the sweetest person!! She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with this item, prior to purchasing. Once purchased, there was a slight mishap with shipping but Cara worked with me and Posh to ensure that it arrived safely to me. This has been a fantastic buying experience...my item was carefully and securely padded and wrapped and then placed inside of a large box, to preclude crushing during transport. In addition, the shipping time was extremely fast. I love my new tote! Thank you so much for your amazing service, I am a new loyal customer. :)
