Nothing at all! She got back to me only minutes after I made my offer. She received my offer and I put in my information and completed the sale. I ordered them late afternoon Friday and received them today (Monday). I'm very impressed because I've already waited 4 weeks for something. The Puma Slides do fit but they run small. I know now next time I order anything Puma to get a half size bigger and look for wide. This was my 1st time buy any type of Puma shoe.
