Box had pine needles all over inside and the label was just taped in the four sides so in shipping it got wet and smudged - when taping a label you have to either cover the whole thing in tape to protect the ink to assure it gets robust destination or use a label protector (fed ex Will send you 150 of them at a time for free and you can use them with UPS or USPS too it doesn't matter it's just the plastic protector part)
