They are brand new. The insoles are unusual. They seem more corrected than just arch support. It feels like there is also support for the ball of the foot. I have a history of a neuroma between my 2nd & 3rd toes. I’m hopeful that if I break them in slowly, my feet will adjust. I will just donate them if they do f work out. Thanks for selling to me so cheap!
