The gold chain option clasp wouldn't clasp. Tried to link together for hanging storage opened right up. Instead of returning (which seller gave option) tried to clamp w/ pliers. Got the clasp to work - so very happy. This is a beautiful piece and was wrapped and secured for shipment so nicely. Likely never tried the gold option chain on and didn't even know. Glad it worked out. Thanks!
