Hello, I trust all is well. Thought you should know that it was extremely challenging removing the plastic wrapping off the jewelry. Very difficult to get access to the merchandise due to the packaging the jewelry was in :( Nonetheless, thanks kindly for shipping. P.s. I typically ship my jewelry by inserting them inside of jewelry boxes,then secure with tissue gift paper and finish off with bubble wrap:) Thereafter, put everything securely inside of the shipping box, label and ship. I've never had any problems/complains. Just a friendly suggestion:)
