Item received as described with samples which was nice. Could have been packaged a bit better to avoid the items sliding back and fourth in the box. Shipping took too long and Poshmark sent many reminders. Item was ticked off as shipped but wasn’t actually sent for a few days after. It shipped on the 8th day. Communication could be improved by providing a tracking number when someone asks and letting them know there might be a delay.
