Purse is great and the seller was even better! Had a small mishap with the delivery service not scanning the package correctly. Carmen was on top of tracking down what happened, communicating VERY quickly with what was going on, and she kept me in the loop the entire time. Life happens and people make mistakes. This was a really good buying experience and an excellent example of how to manage an unexpected situation. 👍🏻👍🏻
