5 star rating because she did work with me on the price and held a pair of shoes for me and also fast shipping. However the shoes were not a 9/10 condition, maybe a 5. Wouldn't have bought if it came from a smoking house. She is very nice but I thought the condition would be nicer taking her word for it.
