My experience with Carrie was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly open and communicative and honest! When she noticed there was a small but fixable hole with what I originally wanted to buy, she offered to send it free with a different purchase. She sent the most wonderful card and packaged the order beautifully. If I could give her ten stars I would!!
