I purchased 8 DVD's, each in its own case. I received 7 DVD's, each in its own case, & I received 1 empty DVD case, without the 8th DVD. I completely understand that thimgs like this happen. We all are only human. We must all be humble & grateful for everything we have, during every moment that we have, & permanently remove ALL the hate & anger from our heart, so not to carry the weight of that burden or that grudge on our heart, for the rest of our life, and we must always be forgiving. That is the only way to be, truely free.
