Everything by seller is perfect...4 stars for the platforms. Very hard to walk in them. I hv the normal pair as well and those are much more comfortable to walk in for long distance on an uneven pavement. Platforms Birkenstock are not very advisable. Even at the airport it was difficult to speed walk in the platforms. While coming bk I wore the regular ones and they were much better. I wouldn't recommend the platforms.
