We were gone 4 a wk after my order. When receiving the packing it was shipping extremely well & marked FRAGILE. I opened the box & was Amazed that they were packed in a 2nd box, sent w/ a thank U card with a personal note & wrapped with a huge ribbon! It was like receiving a Birthday gift. The boots R Wonderful, I love them, Perfect Condition! I will treasure these 4 years!!! ( I had a similar pair that the sole came off- my fault! I nearly cried they were so comfortable always, even after all day wear. Just tan & slightly different sole.) I was searching everywhere for a replacement! Thank You so much! Best Regards, Rosemary
