I received the bracelet today & it's beautiful; exactly as described & pictured. It was shipped quickly & was packaged well with a lovely thank you note; which is all 5 star worthy. However, what almost cost her the sale & nearly caused her a 3 star rating was the seller's total disregard for my communications. She didn't respond to my first two offer attempts letting them lapse & she didn't respond to my questions. If she were to improve her communication skills to match the rest of her excellent salesmanship, she'd be stellar.
