Only complaint is that they are too small - I’m a true 9, but I couldn’t even get one of my feet into the boot. Wish I had consulted the company’s website for sizing. :( Oh well. Not your fault - you listed them accurately by all accounts, and maybe your 9 is just smaller than mine 🤷‍♀️
