There was a problem with USPS. I'm not sure what happened I had to open an investigation. Not your fault just feedback for maybe use a different carrier or see what other options they have for a better delivery. The shoes are exactly as described I love them and I'm sorry it's taken this long. I'm happy with my purchase!
