I do not have enough words to describe how awesome this seller is!! There was a tiny wear mark on a bag I purchased that wasn’t noticed until after purchase. They reached out to me letting me see the wear mark and said I was welcome to my money back. The mark is barely noticeable, so I told them I’ll keep the bag. I got the bag today. They threw in a completely free Coach bag for the error in the listing. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and do plan on ordering from them again. Thank you SO much!!
