Very fast shipping - all was well packed without being over-packed and annoying to open. Everything arrived exactly as described and shown. The jacket fits perfectly and everything else is perfect too - bag is like new with cross-body strap and BOTH hangtags included - plus, a Coach dust cover. Of course the listing said that all was included but those things are often missing when buying second hand. Thank you so much for the free brush kit and the lovely card :) Such a nice posher! From a return customer, I highly recommend A+++
