Bag was shipped promptly and in great shape. I would absolutely do buisness with again. Even had a small tag on from initial purchase. Above the two top zippers there was a very small scraped or snagged area but it will not be noticable in daily use nor do i believe the seller intentionally left that out, it really is so small and was only seen on inspection of the product. The pricing was also wonderful it was certainly priced to sell
