The necklace was mailed in a padded envelope. Not enough protection from sorting machines. It is not ruined,I was able to work with it to get it back in shape. If it had been mailed in a small box, it would have been perfect. Also, if the seller had let me know that there was a medical emergency I would not have been quite as grumpy about her tardiness!
