I know the product is old but out of the package it seems the stuff inside is kinda dried out, but I put it in the fridge to see if it will get it cool (like my mom keeps hers) - I'm hopeful & I knew I was taking a chance so I don't think the seller did anything misleading & that is why I gave 5 stars.
