Packaging was not good. The box ripped apart and was delivered damaged. The bag itself was not protected (which is really my complaint) in the box but fortunately, had no damage. The bag was just simply placed in the box. That said - I’m totally in love with the bag. It’s beautiful and the description was right on point. Truly an awesome find and it was shipped super fast!!!! Thank you!!!
