I really love my Luxy Ponytail Extension, it matches my hair perfectly. I do appreciate everything you did, especially in the attempt to get it to me before my wedding rehearsal. Unfortunately due to mail delivery delays it didn’t arrive on time and I was unable to wear it to my event. Nevertheless, I will be able to wear it to many future gatherings.
