This bag arrived packaged and brand new. However I contacted seller that I bought the wrong color I never opened and knew from the outside I purchased the wrong color. I contacted the seller and she was so nice about my mistake. She instantly offered to send me the silver and allowed me to mail back the gold after I received the silver.
