The seller was absolutely wonderful in communicating about the sale. She quickly and kindly answered the questions I had regarding measurements and sent updates when she sent the item and made sure it arrived to me okay. There was an issue with shipping that was not at all the seller's responsibility (it was an issue with the post office) and even so, the seller offered to help me solve it.
