**Funny story. After years of wearing this hoodie, it was was finally time to retire it. There was holes in the arms, the hood strings were missing, and it was stretched out. My family always teased me about how much I wore this hoodie. It was my run errands hoodie, day off hoodie, lazy day hoodie, date night hoodie, camping hoodie, etc. I think they were looking forward to the day I threw it away because they were so tired of seeing me in this hoodie. I knew the days were dwindling down with my beloved hoodie. That was UNTIL I realized.... uhh hello people sell their gently used clothing daily online. It only took me less than 10 minutes to find my beautiful Aztec PINK hoodie. Thank you @cmhuey!!! Made my purchase, it arrived quickly, opened the package and there it was just how I remember it when I first purchased it a few years back. I had all my family over for a BBQ for Easter. I broke the news to all of them that today was the day I’m retiring my Aztec PINK hoodie. They knew how attached I was to this particular hoodie. Some cheered, some frowned. Some looked confused. I then held up my old hoodie. I began to rip the sleeves off where holes already were due to the amount of times I wore. Everyone looked stunned!! Like dang.... she really went through with it. I told all of them that I needed a moment for myself and I was sad. I headed into the bedroom, closed the door. I grabbed my new PINK hoodie buried in the closet. I was also hiding it from my husband. As he was just annoyed with the hoodie like the rest of my family. I threw it on with excitement! I stayed a few more minutes locked in our bedroom and was laughing on the inside. I then flung open the door marched back outside to the patio where all my family was gathered. I pretended to wipe away tears and say “I’m so sorry, I just needed a moment to myself.” They were so confused. They just witnessed me ripping up my old one, yet I was wearing my new one. I then yelled “Thank you Poshmark! I now can continue to drive my family crazy for many more years to come with my beloved hoodie!” Their faces were priceless.
