This seller is truly wonderful. I bought a cloud with a “crack” on handle. She told she’d get a new one for me from Stanley w/ their warranty, and she gladly accepted the return. She said she’d keep the price the same even though the price for this has gone up. She finally got the new one in, and we found out the crack is just part of the mold for this color. It’s not a crack, just small flaw. She posted the new one and kept the price the same! She’s amazing and could have easily sold for more but didn’t. She’s opposite of greedy and a major sweetheart.
