Thank you so much for getting the shirt to me. I love it it's so cute. Sorry that I didn't submit my rating sooner. I was informed via email that this had been delivered last week (along with 2 other purchases). But in fact, I didn't receive it until last night. So strange I don't know what's going on with UPS and the USPS. I thought someone had stolen those items. But I'm so glad that I received them.
