Crystal is so wonderful to work with! Not only was the product authentic, it came exactly as described! The palette was in a box and inside it, it was wrapped even more and stuffed with newspaper... It was very safe & secure which I appreciate! She also sent a thank you note along with an extra goodie that completed my look...SO NICE! :) I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Crystal! Her level of professionalism, timely responses, follow up, follow through and shipping has made this a great experience for a shopper on Poshmark.
