These arrived promptly, VERY well packaged, intact, and in perfect condition just as shown in the listing. I appreciate the service very much. I originally bought a set of these plates about 30 years ago at Pottery Barn and have used them almost every day. I was sad that the design was wearing away finally in the middle, so I was extremely happy to find "like new" ones online. Opening the box brought me so much joy.
