This lovely seller has the best customer service I've had to date! Some people don't shop new closets, but PLEASE shop this one 💕 she's trustworthy, honest, very communicative, and my bag is exactly as described. It's just gorgeous, I keep staring at it lol 😂 Dawn went out of her way to ship my bag in a way that got delivered straight to me. Packed it extremely well, which was good because they had dented the box during transport. But my bag is unharmed. This is the best service I've had on Posh, and there are a lot of ladies I shop with a lot that are amazing too. I'm so happy with my purchase! I can't say thank you enough 😘💖
