The dress is in a perfect condition, the seller shipped very fast. The dress itself is beautiful. One remark though, it looks like the tag has been removed and placed back. At least based on the inside velvet seams along the sleeves, they don’t look very fresh. I suspect that someone wore it or put it on at least a couple of times. I would not label it as “new with tags” then.
