I’m only saying this to be helpful, I hope. The canvas part of the shoes could have been lint rolled. When they arrived they have lint or furry hairs all over them. The purple tissue paper wrapping was all ripped up and messy looking. Sometimes we don’t ever get to know the end result our packing. Shoes were as described and in good shape and they arrived quickly. So it’s five stars ⭐️ for me.
