Pajamas are exactly as described. I know my friend is going to absolutely love these!! I have 2 pairs of the gray and I had to give her a pair. They are Brand New and were packaged very nicely. I did not need Customer Service. However, with how Order was received, packaged and I know @deals4u12345 absolutely care about her Customers.
