Seller was great. Shoes as described, new, well packaged. About sizing - I wear a 9 in sneakers and sometimes a 9.5 if they are narrow. I ordered a 10. They just barely fit. I know they will break in and that was expected, but as "shoes" instead of "boots" I thought they might be a little less to break in, but no, these are very stiff. Very tight. I have bruises on my ankles from the back after day two even with socks! Nothing against the seller or brand, just know they are new and will need some breaking in! Super cute shoes and worth it, pain is beauty right, but just the heads up in sizing and urgency to be able to wear them
