hi I don’t want to give you bad scores so I’m still going give you fives but I’m a little concerned because I’m kind of still paying on these I think I use a firm maybe I’m done I don’t know but the Bluetooth really small my daughter granddaughter wears a size 11 I bought her some brown same UGGs at Dillards the 11 fits her with at least a thumb left when these came in they already appeared small when I just tried them on her right now and surprised her she could barely get her foot in once I forced her foot in your foot is crushed at the toe these are not at 11 at all because the ones from Dillards department store are an actual 11 brand new full price and these are not an 11 I’m not sure what size they are there probably closer to I would say at 10 maybe even at nine because we had a squash her foot in! theses measures 7.inches an 11 should measure 8.6 inches
