Deresa responded quickly to questions I had about the item and went the extra mile to add additional photos of the item. The item was shipped quickly and arrived earlier than estimated by USPS. The seller packaged the item well and although I didn’t recall the mention of the item coming from a pet/smoke free home, I’m grateful that seems to be the case for this item.
