Fast shipping, well packaged. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was due to an authenticity reason. When I received my pallette I examined it (as we all should before accepting) & compared it to the pictures from the listing. There was no serial # underneath like in the pic so I began to question whether she sold me the one from the listing or a fake one. She ended up showing me pics of the receipt of where she bought it. It occurred to her later that it possibly could have been rubbed off while it was being sanitized. She tried it out on another pallette & that pretty much confirmed what had happened. I right away had the idea of taking the pallette to Ulta to have the authenticity confirmed & it did end up being authentic. Through the whole situation she was very kind & friendly. Thank you Desi for my pallette! 😊 I'm updating my review from about a week ago from 4 to 5 stars. I'm very pleased with Desi, despite what happened earlier. When she sent me my pallette she forgot the color card that went with it. She mailed it to me days later with a sweet little card. I don't know anyone else who would take the time to do that. I'm very happy with my pallette; love the colors. Definitely will be a returning customer. ☺
