Seller was awesome and product as described. I’m back to update this item as I tried it a second time and this time it heat up well and worked its magic like I had wished! I don’t know why it didn’t heat up when I tried it the first time, but my hair is now shiny and straight and has a really nice curl at the ends with just one pass! Ok babyliss pro! I see you now! 💕
