Item arrived promptly. My only concern/suggestion I would offer would be the packaging the item arrived in. I ordered dress shoes and they arrived in an envelope bubble mailer. Would have preferred these to be mailed in a box to prevent any damage during transit. Item did arrive a little beat up from transit and the bubble mailer was ripped in a few places.
