Seller was so professional and so sweet. Item was marked as new and it would have been considered new with how it came in my opinion, but there was no sleeve for the palette. I honestly didn’t care or mind, but the seller was quick to apologize as she did not want it to seem that she was posting an inaccurate item. She also included a couple of free items to make sure I was satisfied. The seller went way above and beyond and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The personalized note was cute too! 🥰
