The tote is great! The dust bag included is Michael Kors, but is not large enough for this tote bag, and had several stains. The shipping box was dented and the tote bag itself was dented at the bottom as well. The bag’s interior had plenty of padding material, but could have used some bubblewrap or packing material to buffer between the bag and the interior of the box. The dent just looks like normal wear and tear, so overall am happy with the purchase and the promptness of the seller getting it shipped.
