I ordered the item and Dolores immediately messaged me to let me know she was on vacation and would ship the item when she got home. Even with vacation I had the item within 9 days! Also to add, the item is ceramic I believe, pretty fragile. Dolores wrapped the item with the most care I’ve ever seen. There was no way the item could have broken. It arrived in perfect condition!
