Ok so I'm rating this purchase 5 stars because even though there were many problems/inconveniences, it wouldn't be fair to the seller to give anything less as these adversities, wasn't their fault at all. This seller was super quick to respond whenever I had any questions, and always was sure to reach out to me along the way when I had concerns, which made me feel respected! Additionally, I feel the price we negotiated on was fair to both of us which is important as well. Upon opening the order, I found the products to be as described by the seller and absolutely LOVE my new boots! I've wanted a pair like these for a couple of years now but have struggled to find just the right ones that fit the details I was looking for and price range; yay! As for the shipping process, I can say the seller literally shipped RIGHT away without me having to be on top of them about it, which was fantastic. Now, as for those problems I aforementioned, that was all Poshmark and USPS related. As we know when paying for shipping with Poshmark, it is priority 2-day mail shipping, which we buyers pay an annoyingly high price for. The seller shipped on a Tuesday, 26th of May, and I received the package today, Saturday June 6th... this is simple math... where it clearly does not equate to 2-days (or a leeway of ~3days), as per what I paid for. Coronavirus or not, it should NEVER take 11days to arrive! The tracking and "updates" (if I can even call it that because there were NO updates), was a complete mess. And that aside, I reached out to customer support on Poshmark, and they NEVER reached out back to me on what was going on and never bothered to even offer me money back on my shipping; and honestly, as a long time buyer here, I feel completely cheated and ashamed of Poshmark. As a buyer, I shouldn't have to chase down Poshmark to begin with. Again, this was not at the fault of the seller so I will say this, Donya was a pleasure to buy from and I would definitely recommend this seller and will be a returning customer.
