The product itself leaves much to be desired but thats a manufacturer issue and not at fault of the seller. Seller is punctual so no communication was needed and pricing is definitely desirable for the product(almost half of retail) as for the product itself. The noice cancellation is negligible and overall volume fairly low. Expectations were much higher for this brand. Again seller is amazing, product was ehh.

The planner was exactly as described and pictured! The package was securely wrapped and shipped out right away. It was in perfect condition, even the box. I’m very happy with the process!
